Request for a Donation

We aim to be a positive and productive member of the community of Southwest Florida. In support of this, TOTI Media, Inc., dedicates financial resources and various in-kind gifts to businesses. We support events for profit and non-profit organizations. Philanthropy is a part of TOTI Media’s broader efforts to be a good corporate citizen and neighbor. Therefore we wish to continue the company's longstanding tradition of community service.

Donation Policy

TOTI Media is not a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and it's our policy to donate and support our community and businesses and not only 501(c)(3) organizations. We would like to grant all requests, and since we are not a non-profit organization, we must limit the number of contributions we make. Due to the high volume of requests, we will not immediately confirm receipt, and/or provide status report. Please do not call regarding the status of your request. Declined requests will not receive a response.

Additionally

  • No donations will be made that benefit a specific religious or political organization.
  • No donations will be made that benefit a specific individual or family.
  • Donations are limited to fundraising events only.
  • All requests subject to availability and budget.
  • Requests should be made at least 90 days in advance, but no more than six months ahead of an event.
  • TOTI Media, Inc., is not responsible for an organization’s knowledge or interpretation regarding, but not limited to, adherence to current Florida law describing raffles, drawings and the like.

Application Process

Requests must be received by email using the request form below. Prior to beginning the application process, we recommend that you have available the information listed below.

  • Provide the event name, the event date/time and a description of the event.
  • Indicate the beneficiary, its 501(c)(3) Tax ID number, and explain how proceeds from the event will be used.
  • Provide the name, phone number and email address of a contact person.
  • Provide the legal name of the organization and the address, including phone number and website.
